Taste of Ballroom: A Beginner’s Dance Sampler – Winter 2026
Experience the grace and charm of ballroom dancing in this dynamic and welcoming class! Expert instructors who are passionate about ballroom dance and dedicated to helping you succeed will guide you through the basics of the Foxtrot, Rumba, Tango, Swing, Cha-Cha and Waltz. The steps and patterns of each dance as well as style and technique are presented in a relaxed and encouraging environment. Please wear soft-soled shoes that are easy to spin in.
Dance Partner is required for participation – please register both participants separately.
$80 per person
- Monday nights 6:15-7:15 pm at the Winona Athletic Club
- January 19, January 26, February 1, February 16, March 1, and March 16
- NO CLASS FEBRUARY 9, FEBRUARY 23, & MARCH 9.
Latin Dance Lab – Winter 2026
Step into the rhythm and turn up the heat! Latin Dance Lab is your six-week crash course in Samba, Salsa, and Merengue – three high-energy styles that bring the party to every dance floor. Whether you’re brand-new or leveling up your skills, this series breaks down the essentials with clean technique, fun combos, and confidence-boosting vibes. Expect upbeat music, guided practice, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Please wear soft soled shoes that allow you to spin comfortably.
