UPDATE: 2020-2021 Ballroom Dance Season and COVID-19

The River City Ballroom Dancers are committed to following the highest safety standards (in compliance with the CDC) to ensure the health and wellness of our dancers. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and with the recommendations from the Minnesota Department of Health, we have decided that for the safety of our dancers, all dances are suspended indefinitely.

Though we are saddened by the need to make such a decision, we believe that practicing "social distancing" at this time is in every dancer's best interest. Ballroom dancing involves close interpersonal contact and we cannot afford to take that risk by exposing so many people to the possibility of carrying or contracting COVID-19 at this time. Once we feel it is safe for people to gather and dance again, we will resume our dances.

If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact us at info@rivercitydancers.org. Thank you for your understanding during this unexpected situation. We wish everyone the best of health and look forward to seeing you when all is well. Please stay healthy and keep checking back for updates!
